Grow Somerset Talent

The Grow Somerset Talent Challenge is to gain a commitment from 100 employers who haven't engaged in the apprentice or work experience programme in the last 18 months, so we are looking for genuine new business opportunities. We are working with a number of training providers across the county and are striving for 100 new employer's pledges to take on an apprentice/work experience placement across the County by the 3^rd of February 2012.

This campaign follows on from the original 100 Day Apprenticeship Challenge which came to a close in the late spring where we worked with the same training providers, exceeded all expectations and achieved 515 new apprenticeship places in Somerset; the goal was 100!
