We have an ever increasing stock of E-Learning resources to facilitate student learning, all of which can be accessed from home using the login on the home page. If you are studying a Foundation Degree at Strode, then you will have access to the resources of the University of Plymouth through the UPC Portal on intranet.plymouth.ac.uk

Moodle

Our VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) is Moodle. Moodle is a tool for you to communicate and collaborate with your teacher and other students. You will have access to course material, assignments, dates & deadlines as well as links to useful resources.

Ebrary!

Ebrary is an eBook collection containing over 3000 textbooks online and in full. Using your student login, you can create your own personal bookshelf of titles relevant to your course of study. To locate an ebook, simply search by title, author or browse by subject, you can then view the book online or download relevant selections. Ebrary can be accessed via Moodle or the Learning Centre Intranet.

We also have an electronic library (called Elib) which contains lots of useful resources and links to help with study. Within Elib you will find access to full-text newspaper databases, plagiarism software support and links to the Strode library catalogue amongst others.
