Sports for students

Playing sports is a great way to develop and maintain a healthy body and mind. Being part of a team and taking part in competitions can be hugely satisfying and rewarding. 

We offer a wide range of sports and fitness acitivities (see below) for our students. If we don't currently offer the sport that you are interested in, talk to us and we will see what we can do to support you. We are affiliated to the AoC Sport and you will have the opportunity to play competitive fixtures at local, regional and national level.

We have extensive indoor and outdoor sports facilities with experienced sports instructors and teaching staff on hand to coach students of all abilities in personal fitness and team sports. 

Working in partnership with a wide range of national governing bodies, we support a number of sports with professional coaches and coaching programmes.

Equestrian

You will need your own horse to take part in this enrichment activity. Please speak with a member of the Sports Centre staff if you are interested in this activity.

Exercise and Fitness

We offer a range of classes including Aerobiking, Balance, Boot Camp, Boxercise, Circuits, Kettlebells, Street Dance and Zumba. See Exercise and Fitness for more information.
