You can report your absence via the student absence line: 01458 844599, email or text message:

 

If you are a level 3 student

(A Levels, NVQ Level 3 or BTEC Extended Diploma) please use the Keyword Absence1 followed by:

Your first name
Your last name
Your Personal Tutor
Your reason for absence

And send it to 07950080227

Before 10:00am each morning you are absent.

 

If you are a level 1 or 2 student

(BTEC First Diploma, Level 2 Diploma, Foundation Studies, NVQ Level 1, NVQ Level 2) please use the Keyword Absence2 followed by:

Your first name
Your last name
Your Personal Tutor
Your reason for absence

And send it to 07950080227

Before 10:00am each morning you are absent.

Your text will be forwarded to your tutor and also to EMA. Please use this method rather than the telephone where possible.
