01/12/11 - Hands on Archaeology
Strode News

Strode Archaeology students had a fantastic day out on excavations at Berkeley Castle in Gloucestershire recently.  The excavations are run by the University of Bristol and co-directed by Dr Stuart Prior, who himself studied A level Archaeology at Strode College.

Subject leader for Archaeology at Strode, Katherine Dray, said: "There is no better way to learn excavation techniques than through hands on experience in the field."
