Summer Workshops for Adults
This year, we are holding our Summer Workshops for Adults from 13 - 17 July 2015 and with 37 workshops, you'll find something that interests you!
The Strode College Summer Workshops for Adults is an exciting programme covering a broad range of subjects, such as archery, cookery, jazz workshop, photography, eBay, creative writing, meditation, willowcraft, Papier-mâché and more.
Activities are aimed at adult participants and make full use of the fantastic specialist facilities the College has to offer. Some of the workshops are split into sessions running over 2 to 4 days.

About our courses
Courses are held on Strode College campus (Church Road, Street, Somerset) and will be roomed in suitable classes or studios to fit the activity.
Free car parking is available.
Course fee includes tuition and materials (where appropriate) and light lunch, tea and coffee is provided.
What to bring
You do not need to bring anything unless specified on the course description, though you may, if you wish, bring any personal items relevant to your course. If you are taking part in practical workshops (e.g. pottery, painting etc) then suitable clothing should be worn. Any personal protective equipment (aprons etc) will be provided.
If you have any special dietary requirements (e.g. Coeliac) or mobility difficulties please email email@example.com putting ‘Dietary Requirements/Mobility Requirements’ in the subject line.
If you have any additional requirements you must ensure the college is made aware prior to enrolment to ensure we can meet your needs.

Book in person at Strode Theatre between 10.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Saturday.
Book by post to Strode Theatre, Church Road, Street, Somerset BA16 0AB. Please state the number of places to be booked, your address and specify the course code of the workshop concerned. Make cheques payable to ‘Strode College’.
Please note there is a transaction charge of £1 on all credit/debit card and cheque payments.
Places can be booked while workshops are live on the website.
You will receive a confirmatory email if you have booked on-line.
You need to come to the Strode Theatre foyer 15 minutes before your workshop starts.
Cancellations would not normally attract a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply. Please contact us for further information.
We reserve the right to close groups. If this happens, you will be contacted and refunds will be made. All courses require a minimum of four participants to run. Notification of course closure will be given up to five days before the start date.
